WARNING: errors ignored on restore: 1170

Google is your friend. Just like a friend it sometimes drives you up the wall. Backing-up and Restoring databases in pgAdmin III worked well enough. However, running into a problem and then reading up on it lead to confusion and frustration. I found different ways to backup in pgAdmin online, but not the way I did it was not discussed. So I did not find out what was wrong.

Now I'm not sure if the problem is a format issue due to the database being created in pgAdmin IV and restoring to to pgAdmin III or if it's a Mac to Windows issue. At the end of the day what I have is a restored database that seems to have the appropriate tables and 1170 ignored errors...
